The Cromford Group Pty Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Souls Private Equity Limited (SPEL), a listed investment company focused on listed and unlisted small and mid-market investments (SMEs).
The vision of the Cromford Group supports the company's objective to be Australia's boutique PE Pipe and Fitting producer and distributor and one-stop-shop for project solutions. The new Cromford Group focuses on innovation and design, with a strong team orientation and regard for social and environmental stewardship.

Our Locations
The Cromford Group Pty Ltd head office is located in Pendle Hill, NSW adjacent to the Cromford Film Manufacturing plant. Cromford Pipe Manufacturing is based at the State of the art facility in Moss Vale, NSW where Cromford Pipe controls the manufacturing process from raw materials supply to production and distribution. Both sites manufacture products from virgin resins and recycled materials, enabling Cromford to play a role in closing the resource loop.
Our Products
Cromford Pipe manufactures a full range of pipe products in a range of lengths and diameters for all industry applications. We also supply a comprehensive range of fusion-weldable fittings and technical assistance to support customers with installation.
Cromford Film manufactures a range of film and dampcourse plastic sheeting for industrial, building, concrete and landscape allocations.
