Kim Jones - General Manager, Cromford Film
Kim Jones is proud to boast 20 years working with the Cromford Group. He is passionate about his industry and the Cromford Film division he leads as General Manager. In Kim's term with Cromford Film he has been responsible for the introduction of ISO9001; launching dampcourse into the housing market; the establishment of Occupational Health and Safety committees and launching Cromford as a national supplier.
Kim has an extensive career history in the building industry, and has been involved in manufacturing businesses since 1975. He possesses a strong technical background, has contributed to Australian Standards Committees for builder's film and dampcourse and has been heavily involved in plastics industry recycling committees.
Kim has an 'open door' management policy, an extensive business network in the industry and is a keen sports enthusiast.

Gavin Gray - National Sales Manager, Cromford Pipe
Gavin joined us in early 2010. Gavin's past National Sales Management and National Project Management experience, combined with his fitting, machining and maintenance trade background, is topped off with 21 years experience in the Mining and Industrial markets specializing in Tube, Pipe and Fittings.

Don Grant - Operations Manager, Cromford Pipe
Don joined us in September 2009. He has over 20 years management experience in production and operations with a range of national and international organisations.
Toolmaker to trade, with engineering qualifications and MBA he also has extensive background in plastic manufacturing, design in extrusion, injection and blow moulding.
Don is located at our Moss Vale manufacturing plant looking after day to day operations. His responsibilities include production, customer service, logistics, engineering, quality, compliance and HR.

Chris Vandenbroek - Accountant, Cromford Group
Chris has 35 years experience encompassing all facets of Accounting and Financial Management including:
Bachelor of Business Degree.
Ten years as Chief Accountant for a major chemical manufacturer.
Three years experience as Financial Controller of a sales and distribution business in the science supply segment.
Fifteen years experience as a senior Financial Executive of a publicly listed company including its IPO.
Considerable experience in Process Engineering and Transactional Analysis.
Twenty five years in dealing with Contract Management including Bankers, Auditors, Insurers and Solicitors.
