Cromford employs more than 70 people along the East Coast of Australia, many of whom are long time employees with a passion for the Cromford brand and business.
Andrew Luxton - CEO and Managing Director
Andrew Luxton commenced his role as Managing Director and CEO of Cromford Group in 2009, excited by the prospect of building the capacity of Cromford to meet existing and emerging customer needs.
Andrew's career history demonstrates a breadth of experience including international business leadership, business start ups and commercialisations, trade and brand marketing, operations and financial management and capital planning.
Andrew was the Chief Operating Officer of Atlas Group Holdings prior to his appointment at Cromford. Other roles in his distinguished career include Director of Sales and Marketing at Cleanaway (Brambles), various roles at Valvoline Oil Company in Singapore, the United States and United Kingdom and Ampol Petroleum.
Andrew has an open and adaptable management style. He works closely with the sales and operations staff and spends his time between the Cromford Group's Pendle Hill and Moss Vale offices. Andrew can be contacted via his Personal Assistant Nicole Martin on +61 (0)2 9631 6644.
Bruce Short - CFO
Bruce is Cromford Group’s Chief Financial Officer; an experienced finance executive with broad management experience in manufacturing organisations. He began his term with Cromford in early 2009, recognising the challenge and opportunity of working with an organisation focused on investor return, growth, expansion and innovation.
Bruce works closely with the CEO Andrew Luxton to determine business strategy for the Cromford Group and to deliver systems and procedures to support sustainable growth, diligently balancing company and investor requirements.
A qualified CPA, Bruce possesses a suite of academic qualifications including a Master of Business Administration. His resume boasts leadership and senior finance roles with James Hardie, Boral and CSR.
Bruce has a sharp wit and excellent people skills which support his effectiveness as Cromford's CFO.
Kim Jones - General Manager, Cromford Film
Kim Jones is proud to boast 20 years working with the Cromford Group. He is passionate about his industry and the Cromford Film division he leads as General Manager. In Kim's term with Cromford Film he has been responsible for the introduction of ISO9001; launching dampcourse into the housing market; the establishment of Occupational Health and Safety committees and launching Cromford as a national supplier.
Kim has an extensive career history in the building industry, and has been involved in manufacturing businesses since 1975. He possesses a strong technical background, has contributed to Australian Standards Committees for builder's film and dampcourse and has been heavily involved in plastics industry recycling committees.
Kim has an 'open door' management policy, an extensive business network in the industry and is a keen sports enthusiast.
